Headmen's Association of Rangamati Hill District has recently been reorganised after many years. Mr. Ching Kiew Roaza, the newly elected president is seen on the left while Raja Devasish Roy is seen on the centre.

A few CHT based NGOs strongly supported Raj Punyah 2009 in volunteering. Young and educated development activists from different ethnic peoples associated with CIPD, a Rangamati based NGO are seen in the photo. Mr. Abbas Uddin, ED, PAHRA, a Rangamti based NGO is also seen in the extreme right.
